Non-banking financial company Namdev Finvest, which focuses on small business lending, on Tuesday said its assets under management have almost doubled to cross Rs 1,200 crore during 2023-24 fiscal. The Jaipur-headquartered company posted a growth of 92.62 per cent in AUM (asset under management) during fiscal 2023-24, with its net worth reaching Rs 410 crore. Namdev expanded its presence across eight states -- Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab and Uttarakhand. The company has secured a total funding of USD 41.5 million up to this point, with a USD 19 million of fundraise from Maj Invest in its latest round of Pre-Series C in April this year. In a bid to maintain stability, instil investors' confidence and enhance transparency, market regulator SEBI and AMFI, a body representing the mutual fund industry, have directed fund houses to provide additional disclosures for small and mid-cap funds from this month, officials said. The additional disclosure parameters for mutual fund managers include valuation, volatility, investor concentration and stress tests, they said. "We have instructed AMFI to direct AMCs to disclose certain additional data points relating to valuation, volatility, investor concentration, and the percentage holding in small and mid-cap stocks, along with disclosures on stress testing results," SEBI wholetime member Amarjeet Singh said at an event organised by Indian Chamber of Commerce. Infrastructure investment trust IndiaGrid on Friday said it has completed the acquisition of 300 MW solar project at an enterprise value of Rs 1,550 crore. With this asset addition, IndiGrid's portfolio now consists of 19 solar projects across eight states of the country with a total generation capacity of 1.1 GWp. IndiGrid's total Assets Under Management now stands at Rs 28,200 crore, an IndiGrid statement said. "IndiGrid, India's first and largest listed power sector infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), today announced that it has consummated transaction of 300 MW AC solar asset for an enterprise valuation of around Rs 15,500 million, exclusive of net working capital and cash adjustments, in line with the share purchase agreement that was signed in January 2024," it said.
