Punjab Health Minister Balbir Singh on Friday said the state has achieved 98 per cent coverage of the first dose of Covid vaccination and 86 per cent of the second dose for its 18-plus population. Maharashtra on Friday reported 121 new COVID-19 cases, taking the overall tally to 81,68,217, while one more patient succumbed to the infection in the state, said the health department.
