Rohan Mehra stayed away from Bollywood for most part of his life and the debutante says it is one of the reasons he discovered his father, actor Vinod Mehra quite late. Rohan, who makes his Hindi film debut with "Baazaar", says he does not feel pressured by the comparisons drawn between him and his father, who passed away before his birth in 1990. "Comparisons will be made. I don't feel the pressure. It doesn't annoy me. All the more, I'm flattered. This is all very surreal to me. I'm discovering this man really late in my life. "I started discovering him when I was 21. I never knew him. My mother was four months pregnant with me when he passed away," the actor told PTI in an interview here. The Hindi remake of Telugu blockbuster "Arjun Reddy" is titled "Kabir Singh". Starring Shahid Kapoor in the titular role, the film will hit the theatres on June 21, 2019. The film is directed by Sandeep Vanga who was also the director of the Telugu version. Kiara Advani plays the female lead. T-Series and Cine1 Studios are producing the project. "When we started work on the Hindi script, it was a very exciting journey. 'Kabir Singh', as the protagonist's name, came naturally, considering the character's graph. Kabir Singh has the same punch and madness of Arjun Reddy," Vanga said in a statement. The film will be shot extensively in Mumbai, Delhi and Musoorie. Shahid will sport four different looks in the movie and has been preparing for it over the last three months.

Singer Ariana Grande has finally revealed her 'Sweetener World Tour' dates.The 25-year-old, who has been going through a rough phase personally, took to Twitter to make the announcement. According to the post, Grande will kick off her global tour in March.She is set to open the tour in New York on March 18 after which the 'No Tears Left To Cry' singer will perform in Chicago, Denver, Dallas, New Orleans, Miami and Nashville. CBS All Access has given a two-season order to a half-hour animated comedy series titled "Star Trek: Lower Decks", which is created by "Rick and Morty" writer Mike McMahan. According to Entertainment Weekly, the show will tackle the Federation from a comedic perspective, focusing "on the support crew serving on one of Starfleet's least important ships". Max Landis penned the script and will also produce with David Goyer, Kevin Turren, and Addictive Pictures, reported Variety. The story revolves around a former astronaut, who was hired to take a submersible to the deepest part of the ocean. Supernatural events transpire as the vehicle gets closer to its destination. MGM took over the project in 2016 when Bradley Cooper was attached to star. At one point, "Wonder Woman" star Gal Gadot was also in talks to join the cast. Production is expected to start early next year.
Veteran actor Jamie Lee Curtis is the latest addition to the A-list ensemble of Rian Johnson's "Knives Out". The film also stars Daniel Craig, Chris Evans, Michael Shannon, Lakeith Stanfield, Don Johnson and Ana de Armas, reported Variety. Johnson also co-wrote the script with his longtime producing partner Ram Bergman, with whom he collaborated on Lucasfilm's "Star Wars: The Last Jedi".
