Actor-politician Shatrughan Sinha joined the Congress on the foundation day of the BJP Saturday, saying he has quit the party as it has turned into a "one-man show and two-men army". Top Army commanders will deliberate extensively on security challenges facing the country and ways to enhance its combat edge over potential adversaries at a week-long conference beginning Monday.
