Parag Milk Foods Q4 result: Profit rises 23% to ₹40 crore on higher sales

Parag Milk Foods on Friday reported a 23.31 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 40.14 crore for the fourth quarter 2025-26 fiscal, driven by higher sales. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 32.55 crore in the year-ago period, according to a regulatory filing. Total income for the January-March quarter rose to Rs 945.34 crore from Rs 918.25 crore a year earlier. However, expenses remained elevated at Rs 924.06 crore against Rs 898.79 crore in the corresponding period. For the full 2025-26 fiscal, the company posted a net profit of Rs 152.39 crore, up 15 per cent from Rs 132.59 crore in the previous year. The company's New Age Business segment, led by premium milk brand Pride of Cows and protein nutrition brand Avvatar crossed the Rs 100 crore quarterly revenue mark in Q4FY26, recording 109 per cent year-on-year growth. ACME Solar Q4 result: Profit rises 13.3% to ₹138 crore on higher revenue

ACME Solar Holdings on Friday posted a 13.3 per cent on-year rise in net profit to Rs 138 crore in the March quarter, supported by higher revenues. The company had a net profit of Rs 122 crore in the quarter ended on March 31, 2025, a company statement said. Total revenue of the company rose to Rs 705 crore in the reported quarter from Rs 539 crore in the period year ago. In the fiscal 2025-26, the net profit increased to Rs 498 crore from Rs 251 crore in the previous year. Total revenues in the fiscal year also increased to Rs 2,507 crore from Rs 1,575 crore in the year ago. In Q4, the company won new projects worth 301 MW FDRE (firm and dispatchable renewable energy) with SECI, taking total under construction capacity to 5,081 MW. It has a total portfolio of 8,071 MW, including 17 GWh of BESS (battery energy storage solutions) installation, with 6,270 MW PPA (power purchase agreement) signed, it stated. Dabur Q4 profit up 15.75% to ₹362 cr; FY26 revenue rises 5% to ₹13,792 cr

Homegrown FMCG major Dabur India Ltd on Thursday reported a 15.75 per cent year-on-year increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 362 crore in the March quarter of FY 2025-26, driven by a broad-based performance. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 312.73 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago, according to a regulatory filing. Its revenue from operations jumped 7.34 per cent to Rs 3,038.02 crore in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 2,830.14 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal. The company's total expenses stood at Rs 2,738.37 crore in the March quarter, up 7 per cent YoY. Dabur India's total income rose 8.13 per cent YoY to Rs 3,213.05 crore. MRF Q4 result: Net profit rises 38% to ₹702 crore on strong sales growth

Tyre maker MRF Ltd on Thursday reported a 38 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 702.25 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, on the back of strong sales growth. The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 510.5 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, MRF Ltd said in a regulatory filing. Consolidated revenue from operations in the fourth quarter stood at Rs 8,044.22 crore, as against Rs 7,074.82 crore in the year-ago period. Total expenses in the quarter under review increased to Rs 7,267.51 crore, compared to Rs 6,531.04 crore in the same period a year ago, the company said. MRF said its board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 229 per share of Rs 10 each, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting. Karur Vysya Bank Q4FY26 results: Net profit rises 41% to ₹725 crore

Private sector lender Karur Vysya Bank on Thursday reported a 41 per cent year-on-year surge in net profit to Rs 725 crore for the three months ended March 2026. The bank had posted a net profit of Rs 513.36 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal. Total income rose to Rs 3,519.45 crore during the January-March quarter of FY 2025-26 from Rs 3,025.26 crore in Q4FY25, the bank said in a regulatory filing. The private lender earned an interest of Rs 2,903.65 crore in the quarter under review, compared to Rs 2,516 crore in the year-ago period. On the asset quality front, the bank's gross Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) moderated to 0.75 per cent of gross advances, as against 0.76 per cent at the end of March 2025. Similarly, net NPAs decreased to 0.19 per cent from 0.20 per cent a year ago. Britannia Industries Q4 results: Net profit rises 21% to ₹679 crore

Bakery food company Britannia Industries Ltd on Thursday reported a 21.56 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 679.68 crore for the March quarter of FY26. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 559.13 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago, according to a regulatory filing by Britannia Industries. Britannia Industries' revenue from the sale of products rose 7 per cent to Rs 4,685.95 crore in the March quarter. Its revenue from operations increased 6.46 per cent to Rs 4718.92 crore in the fourth quarter of FY26. It was Rs 4,432.19 crore a year ago.
