Global product engineering and digital services firm Tata Technologies Ltd on Monday reported an 8 per cent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 204.17 crore during the March quarter. The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 188.87 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, Tata Technologies Ltd said in a regulatory filing. Consolidated revenue from operations in the fourth quarter was at Rs 1,572.22 crore as compared to Rs 1,285.65 crore in the year-ago period, it added. Total expenses in the fourth quarter were higher at Rs 1,382.62 crore as compared to Rs 1,088.2 crore in the year-ago period, it added. For FY26, consolidated net profit was at Rs 546.59 crore as compared to Rs 676.95 crore in FY25. Consolidated revenue from operations in FY26 stood at Rs 5,505.57 crore as against Rs 5,168.45 crore in FY25, the company said. Jindal Stainless on Monday posted over 41 per cent growth in consolidated net profit to Rs 834.21 crore during the quarter ended March 31, driven by higher revenues. The company had reported a net profit of Rs 589.96 crore in the year-ago period, according to an exchange filing. During the fourth quarter, the company's total income rose to Rs 11,427.91 crore from Rs 10,292.27 crore in the January-March period of the preceding 2024-25 financial year. For the entire FY26, the company's net profit jumped to Rs 3,184 crore from Rs 2,499.72 crore in the year ago. Total income rose to Rs 43,306.14 crore during the fiscal ended March 2026, from Rs 39,603.06 crore in 2024-25 financial year.

State-owned BHEL on Monday posted a two-fold jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,290.47 crore during the quarter ended March 31, supported by growth in revenues. It had reported a net profit of Rs 504.45 crore in the same period a year ago, the company said in an exchange filing. During the fourth quarter, its total income surged to Rs 12,553.50 crore from Rs 9,142.64 crore in the January-March period of preceding 2024-25 financial year. For the entire FY26, the company's net profit jumped to Rs 1,600.26 crore from Rs 533.90 crore in the year ago. The board of the company also approved a final dividend of Rs 1.40 per share of Rs 2 each for the fiscal ended March 31, 2026. BHEL is India's largest engineering and manufacturing enterprise in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Realty firm Godrej Properties on Monday reported a 70 per cent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 649.88 crore for the quarter ended March on higher income. Its net profit stood at Rs 381.99 crore in the year-ago period. Total income rose to Rs 3,806.65 crore during January-March quarter of 2025-26 fiscal from Rs 2,681.06 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing. During the full 2025-26 fiscal, the company's net profit grew to Rs 1,850.20 crore from Rs 1,399.89 crore in the preceding year. Total income rose to Rs 8,410.88 crore in the last fiscal from Rs 6,967.05 crore in the 2024-25 fiscal. Godrej Properties is one of the leading real estate developers in the country.

Electric two-wheeler maker Ather Energy on Monday reported a 57 per cent decline in net loss at Rs 100.23 crore in the January-March quarter, compared with the corresponding period last year. The company, which got listed on exchanges in May last year, had posted a loss of Rs 234.36 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25, as per a regulatory filing by the Bengaluru-based EV manufacturer. Revenue from operations for the reporting quarter stood at Rs 1,174.66 crore, up 74 per cent from Rs 676.8 crore in March 2025, according to the filing. For FY26, the net loss stood at Rs 517.17crore against a net loss of Rs 812.28 crore while revenue from operations were 3,671.76 crore as compared to Rs 2,255.01 crore in the financial year ended March 2025. "FY26 has been a fantastic year for us across volumes, market share, and financial performance.
