Lucknow (UP), Jan 21 (ANI): While speaking to ANI in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow on January 21, the renowned Indian poet Munawwar Rana spoke on Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) protests. He said, "Don't see CAA protest from point of view of women, Ghanta Ghar or Lucknow because several protests are taking place across nation but government has put oil in ears and they are unable to hear and understand anything." "They are doing everything as per their wish and desire. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has reached up to this higher level after making efforts for 80-90 years constantly so they should understand that whatever they are saying they should do that," he added. "Slogan of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' is fake and bogus as they have removed names of Muslims from National Register of Citizens (NRC)," Munawwar Rana further stated.

Instagram removes IGTV button from home screen

New Delhi, Jan 21 (ANI): Instagram has dropped the IGTV icon from the home screen of the app because not many users were using it. The company told TechCrunch that most people are finding IGTV content through previews in Feed, the IGTV channel in Explore, creators' profiles, and the standalone IGTV app. Hence, the separate icon on the top right corner of the home screen has been removed. To enable more users to easily post long-form videos, Instagram also added a new feature that allows users to post IGTV videos right from the main app's IGTV feed video uploader.

Sikh riots advocate HS Phoolka receives death threat

New Delhi, Jan 21 (ANI): A Delhi court on Monday informed senior advocate HS Phoolka, who is representing the victims of 1984 anti-Sikh riots in several cases, that the judge has received a letter which gives a death threat to the senior counsel. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Harjyot Singh Bhalla asked the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to file a response on the issue related to a death threat to senior counsel. "During the hearing of Tytler case, the judge informed me that a letter was received which mentions my name and showed extracts of the letter which gives the threat to kill me," Phoolka said. However, Phoolka said that he has received several such threats in the past and that these things will not distract him. "I'm not going to be distracted by it but writing threat letter to a judge is very serious matter. These people have been threatening witnesses. The judge has sent letter to Delhi High Court. New Delhi, Jan 21 (ANI): Congress leader Digvijaya Singh visited the Shaheen Bagh area in Delhi where people are protesting against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), National Register of Citizens (NRC) and National Population Register (NPR) for over a month.
