Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge addressed the people in Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir on September 11. Kharge took a jibe at the BJP party saying that the party promises jobs every year, but they never act on it. He then appealed to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, to vote for those who speak the truth and have been with them since Independence.
