Son Abhishek Bachchan is all praise as he shared a congratulatory post for his father on social media. The 43-year-old actor hopped on to Instagram and posted a picture of Big B and called the latter his "hero". The legendary actor was conferred the highest honour of the film industry for his outstanding contribution to cinema.
Bijnor (Uttar Pradesh), Dec 30 (ANI): A murder complaint was filed against police by family of Suleiman, who died during protests against Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). Police official said, "A case has already been registered by the police, so new FIR cannot be registered. Their complaint will be made a part of the investigation." Protest against Citizenship Amendment Act turned violent in Bijnor on December 20. The kin alleged that deceased was picked when they went out to pray, and was later shot by police.

New Delhi, Dec 30 (ANI): In an interaction with ANI, political strategist Prashant Kishor said that National Register of Citizens (NRC) is a subset of National Population Register (NPR). He said, "Nobody needs to prove link between NPR and NRC, documents speak for themselves and they state that NPR is the first step of NRC. This debate is linked to Citizenship Amendment Bill of 2003 during which, it was defined that after NPR, if government wishes, they can do NRC. NRC is a subset of NPR. And the implementation is up to the government and it is a different thing."

New Delhi, Dec 30 (ANI): Equity benchmark indices were in the positive terrain during early hours on Monday tracking their Asian peers with easing of trade war worries and reduced uncertainty over the Brexit. At 10:15 am, the BSE S and P Sensex was up by 71 points to 41,646 while the Nifty 50 edged higher by 20 points at 12,266. Apart from Nifty metal and PSU bank, all sectoral indices at the National Stock Exchange were in the green. Nifty bank rose by 0.47 per cent to a fresh record high while Nifty auto ticked up by 0.63 per cent and FMCG by 0.5 per cent.

Under what circumstances JD(U) supported the bill in both houses only Nitish Kumar can tell."

Lahaul-Spiti (HP), Dec 30 (ANI): An ice hockey coaching camp and tournament was organised from 20 December to 29 December in Kaza sub-division of Lahaul Spiti in Himachal Pradesh. 45 students were trained in this camp. The ice hockey rink is located at an altitude of over 12000 feet from the sea level, making it the highest ice hockey stadium in the world.

According to tipster @OnLeaks, the high-end Galaxy S11 Plus version could feature a vertical rectangular camera module with rounded edges and comprise of four lenses and a flash. The image shared on Twitter appears to be a prototype design. It isn't clear if this would be the final Galaxy S11 Plus design when it launches in 2020.
New Delhi, Dec 30 (ANI): A study of nine trials of 7,50,000 people showed a reduced risk of seven types of cancers with the amount of physical activity during leisure time. Many types of cancer have a relationship of 'dose/response' from the seven cancers identified in the report. The guidelines for activity stated that 2.5 to 5 hours of moderate-intensity workout in a week or 1.25 to 2.5 hours of vigorous activity is the ideal amount of physical activity for sustaining a healthy lifestyle.
