New York, Sep 28 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in New York on Monday after winding up a busy two-day trip to the U.S. West Coast. Modi's trip to the West Coast - first by an Indian leader in more than 30 years - ended on a high note as he received a resounding reception from Indian diaspora when he took stage at the 18,000-seat sports arena in San Jose. In New York, Modi will hold bilateral talks with US President Barack Obama, French President Francois Hollande and British Prime Minister David Cameron. He also has meetings scheduled with other world leaders including Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani; Prime Minister of Malta, Joseph Muscat; Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto. San Jose, Sep 28 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday pointed out that the United Nations took fifteen years to define the term 'terrorism', adding that it must clarify as to who is with terrorists and who is with humanity to make the picture clear. Addressing the Indian Diaspora at the SAP Center in California, the Prime Minister said that terrorism is one of the pressing issues that the world is facing, pointing out that it will take time to fight terrorism as the United Nations is taking fifteen years to define it. California, Sep 28 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Google CEO Sundar Pichai together made a brief address at Googleplex on Monday. Pichai said that Google has participated in PM Modi's Digital India campaign with providing high speed internet at 100 of the busiest railway stations in India with the hope to expand it to 400. PM Modi complimented the employees of Google for working several hours on the computer to find solution to many of the world's problems. He also joked that technology came into being to save time but now just the opposite happens because people end up spending more time with gadgets.

California, Sep 28 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi was given a thorough tour of Googleplex, the home of the search engine giant Google by its Chennai-born CEO Sundar Pichai in California's Mountain View. During his tour of the company, the Prime Minister was given a view of Project Iris- a smart lens that measures glucose levels. Following that, Pichai explained navigational, safety and other uses of Street View and Google Earth to the Prime Minister.
