Intelenet Global Services among leaders in 2010 Global Outsourcing 100
Announcement / Corporate February 19, 2010, 16:13 IST

Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd (Intelenet), a leading global third party BPO service provider today announced that it has been recognised in the Leaders Category of the 2010 Global Outsourcing 100 list by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) for the second time in a row.

The Global Outsourcing 100 is an annual ranking of the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors. The list is compiled by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) with a rigorous review by an independent panel of judges. Intelenet’s selection is based on a set of varying measurable standards such as size, revenue, depth of competencies, customer satisfaction levels and management capabilities.

Mr. Susir Kumar, Managing Director and CEO, Intelenet Global Services said, “We are pleased to be named among the world’s leaders in outsourcing for the second consecutive year by IAOP. This recognition is testimony of Intelenet’s ability to scale greater heights by delivering world class services, expanding our global footprint and seamlessly delivering value for our clients. As a global leader in outsourcing, we are committed to serve our customers across the world by offering a unique value proposition.”

“As the economy recovers, partnering with the world’s best outsourcing providers and advisors will be more important than ever,” said IAOP Chairman Michael Corbett and chair of the judges’ panel. “The Global Outsourcing 100 and The World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors help companies easily identify those partners that will help them emerge as leaders.” “Being named to The Global Outsourcing 100 and The World's Best Outsourcing Advisors is a great recognition, particularly given the strong competition, and these companies should be proud of achieving excellence in outsourcing,” Corbett said.

Last year, Intelenet was ranked 23rd to the IAOP Global Outsourcing 100 list. This recognition adds to other industry-level accolades that Intelenet has achieved in the recent past, such as the Hewitt Top 25 Best Employers in India.

Intelenet has taken rapid strides post the MBO backed by Blackstone in June 2007. The company’s global delivery expansion subsequent to the acquisition of Upstream and Travelport ISO in 2007, has also added new geographies such as Mauritius, UK and recently Poland providing multiple language capabilities servicing clients in French, Spanish, Dutch and German.
