Man electrocuted after touching overhead wire

Mohammad Younus Khatana, a resident of Sunderbani village of Rajouri, came in contact with an overhead live wire as he was trimming branches of a poplar tree near a railway crossing and died on the spot, a police spokesman said.

He said inquest proceedings have been initiated in connection with Khatana's death.
