New mobile bank app from IndusInd Bank

IndusInd Bank today announced the launch of an innovative mobile banking application, the IndusMobile, to allow its customers access to banking at any time and any place through their mobile phones for free.

The new app would also allow customers to book movie tickets, pay their bills and carry out mobile-to-mobile funds transfers, national electric fund transfer and the Reserve Bank of India’s inter-bank mobile payment service. The bank claims the IndusMobile application is fast, easy and secure. It is a downloadable application that is light and easy to install on phones. Those who do not wish to download and install the feature may use IndusMobile through SMSs.
