A day after India's Sun Pharma offered to purchase all outstanding shares of Taro, Dilip Shanghvi tells P B Jayakumar in an e-mail interview that irrespective of the Israeli company board's opinion, the tender offer will continue: 
If Taro's Board rejects your tender offer, which is part of your Option Agreement, will you still go for the open offer? 
As per the law, Taro Board is required to express an opinion on the tender offer.
