Elder Pharma inks pact with Japanese cosmetic giant

The two companies will manufacture and sell cosmetics in India

Pharma major Elder Pharmaceuticals has signed an agreement with Japan’s cosmetic giant KOSÉ Corporation to form a joint venture - KOSÉ Elder (India) – for manufacturing and selling of cosmetics in India. Both will hold 60% and 40% equity in the company respectively.
