Emirates Holidays to promote Bangalore

| Ahead of its direct Bangalore-Dubai service, Emirates Airline has announced that its tour operating division 'Emirates Holidays' plans to sell flexible holiday packages to over 100 leisure destinations in 36 countries in West Asia, Africa and Europe. |
| Announcing this, Pradeep Suvarna, sales manager-Karnataka, said, the division holiday packages were mainly targeted at IT professionals in Karnataka and their families. |
| The global hot spots of choice from India include destinations in the UK, Austria, Switzerland, France and Italy in Europe, South Africa, Mauritius, and Seychelles. |
| The airline has been promoting in-bound travel as well as part of 'Emirates Holidays'. In addition to a tour of the conventional Golden Triangle, cities covered are Mumbai, Goa, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Kochi. |
| "Since we are beginning our operations from Bangalore in October and the city being an IT destination having salubrious climate, we plan to promote it from 2007. Currently, we are in talks with hotel groups in the city to be part of the international packages," said Suvarna. |
| Unveiling its maiden special offering, Emirates Holidays, has come out with promotional holiday packages to four European destinations "" Cyprus, Athens, London and Munich. |
