Japanese prosecutors arrested Nissan's ousted chairman Carlos Ghosn for a third time on Friday, accusing him of aggravated breach of trust in transferring personal investment losses to the automaker. The move came just as it had appeared that he might be released on bail. Prosecutors are likely to ask a Tokyo court that Ghosn be detained for 10 days and after that ask for a 10-day extension.
