ICRA Q4 profit up two-fold at Rs 22.50 cr
ICRA has proposed a dividend of 200%, or Rs 20 per share, on the face value of Rs 10 per share for 2011-12

Rating agency ICRA today posted two-fold jump in net profit at Rs 22.50 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012.
The company had a net profit of Rs 11.25 crore during the January-March quarter in the previous financial year.
Total income of the company in the quarter rose to Rs 43.30 crore, compared to Rs 38.54 crore in the same quarter a year ago, ICRA said in a filing to the BSE.
ICRA has proposed a dividend of 200%, or Rs 20 per share, on the face value of Rs 10 per share for 2011-12, it said.
For the full financial year ended March, 2012, ICRA reported a 13.6 % rise in net profit at Rs 50.89 crore, as compared to Rs 44.91 crore in the previous fiscal.
Total income rose to Rs 139.36 crore in the financial year 2011-12 from Rs 129.30 crore in the fiscal 2010-11.
