Jet Airways increases flight on Kolkata-Bangkok sector

Jet Airways will introduce an additional flight between Kolkata and Bangkok from May 10. Jet will add a Boeing 737 for the second daily flight on the route to cater to increased demand in the forthcoming holiday season, the airline said on Thursday.
"We are confident that this additional service will prove immensely popular with the increased flow of tourist and business traffic to and from Bangkok," Sudheer Raghavan, Chief Commercial Officer, Jet Airways said in a statement.
The new daytime service, will complement the late night flight already operational from here to the Thai capital. Jet Airways currently flies thrice daily to Bangkok from Mumbai and daily from Delhi.
