Spain-based Roca Group has increased its stake to 97 per cent from 50 per cent in Chennai-based Parryware Roca Pvt Ltd.

		</script> </DIV><p class='TableClas'>Parryware Roca, a 50:50 joint venture company, was set up by EID Parry (India) and Spain-based Roca Sanitario in May 2006. Headquartered in Chennai, the company manufactures various bathroom products including sanitaryware, seat covers, plastic cisterns, bath tubs, kitchen sinks and electronic flushing systems. 
</p><p class='TableClas'>Speaking to Business Standard, K E Ranganathan, managing director, Parryware Roca, said that Parryware has a 46 per cent market share of the Rs 450-crore organised sanitaryware market in the country. 
</p><p class='TableClas'>The total market, including unorganised sector, is estimated at around Rs 1,000 crore. The Parryware brand is ranked No 9 in the world bathroom products market.
