Satya to develop modern township in Indore

Satya Group is developing a modern township--Malwa County"" on the Agra-Mumbai National Highway, which is set to become an eight-lane road.

The Centre has already accorded permission to the project. The proposed township is very near to the posh Vijay Nagar colony.

Malwa County, to come up on 110 acres with all modern facilities, has already received necessary permission from the departments concerned.

Satya Group, a reputed firm from Delhi, has joined hands with some local developers who are well-acquainted with the needs and tastes of Indoreans.

Kulbhushan Kukki, Indore-based associate of Satya Group, said, "The township will have a shopping mall-cum-multiplex, banquet halls, IT parks, a school, playground and medical facilities besides several other facilities like swimming pool, outdoor and indoor sports facilities and a gymnasium."

The township will have rainwater harvesting facility as well as sewage water treatment plant.
