Senior appointments at Mahindra's automotive business

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), today announced senior-level appointments in its automotive sector business.        

Rajesh Jejurikar has been appointed as chief of operations while Rajan Wadhera has been appointed as chief of engineering and development.        

Louis Pereira has been appointed CEO of Mahindra Automotive Ltd (MAL).        

All appointments are effective from August 1, a release said here.        

As Chief of Operations, Jejurikar will head end-to-end operations and in addition to his current sales and marketing function, will also oversee the manufacturing function.        
Wadhera will head product engineering and development. In adition, he will also oversee the materials management function, the release said.        

 

Louis Pereira will oversee the development of the Chakan plant into a world-class manufacturing facility. He will also be responsible for the smooth functioning of the plant which will manufacture new products from M&M and Mahindra Navistar Automotives Ltd, the release said.
