Spice Mobiles on Monday said that the name of the promoter has been changed from Spice Corp to Spice Entertainment. Spice Corp holds 38.93 per cent stake of the 63.23 per cent stake held by promoters.
The remaining promoter companies include Omnia Investments (20.18 per cent) and Twenty First Century Capitals (4.12 per cent). Spice Mobiles' share price increased 5.81 per cent in the last one month.
