WPP files motion to dismiss NDTV's suit in NY Supreme Court

The global communications giant WPP has filed a motion in the Supreme Court of New York state for dismissal of news broadcaster NDTV’s lawsuit in entirety against Indian TV viewership rating agency TAM and its promoters Nielsen and Kantar Media Research, among others.

The motion would come up for hearing on September 13, 2012.
