Zensar In Pact With Fujistu Software

The RPG group-promoted Zensar Technologies has entered into a strategic alliance with the San Jose-based Fujitsu Software Corporation, a part of the $ 38 billion Fujitsu group of Japan to provide enterprises with systems integration services using Fujitsu's Interstage e- business platform.
Under the agreement, Zensar would join Fujitsu Software Corporation's centerstage partner program, and would gain access to Fujitsu's technology, support, and expertise.
Ganesh NatArajan, global chief executive officer and deputy chairman, Zensar Technologies, said , " We also expect this alliance to drive customer demand, and accordingly, we will plan to increase the number of Zensar specialists trained on Interstage. The training and support that Zensar professionals gain from Fujitsu Software Corporation will ensure robust and reliable customer implementations."

Zensar is expecting to earn revenues of around $2 to $3 million over the next one and a half years due to this strategic alliance. It plans to target customers from the US, Australia and Japan for the technology available as a result of this tie-up.
Zensar would now be able to undertake joint marketing and sales initiatives while Fujitsu would gain additional exposure to Zensar's expanding base of customers in the United States, India, and other global markets to deploy its Interstage e-Business Platform.
On the overall business prospects of the company, Natarajan said that the company would continue to strive to expand its Japanese business as well as that from other parts of Asia. The company was also seeing increased customer inquiries and bookings from clients in the US and UK , he added.
Shizuo Inagaki, president, Fujitsu Software Corporation, added that, "It is enormously important to Fujitsu that Zensar customers continue to reap the full benefits of our standards-based Interstage e-Business Platform, and this deal will ensure that Zensar's team of dedicated professionals has training and resources at hand to make that possible."
