IIM Odisha on city outskirts

The state government has intimated the Union ministry of human resource development on its decision to set up the proposed Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Bhubaneswar.

In the letter to the ministry, the state government said it has selected two sites on the capital city's outskirts- one at Gothapatna, the site of International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) and the one near Argul, close to the site of the permanent campus of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), for establishing the premier management institute.
