23 Ministers Inducted Into Punjab Ministry

Punjab Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal expanded his council of ministers yesterday, inducting 23 ministers, including 11 more of the cabinet rank and 12 ministers of state. The strength of the ministry has risen to 33.
