Central team evaluate MP hailstorm losses

A central team will shortly visit Madhya Pradesh to evaluate losses caused due to the recent hailstorm, Union HRD minister Arjun Singh said last Friday. There is no point in allegations and counter-allegations.

The central team will reach the state to evaluate the losses due to hailstorm, Singh said after filing his nomination for the Rajya Sabha.

To a query on the alleged phone tapping incident in the state, the senior Congress leader said that rules and guidelines are laid for taking such steps.

"If these are flouted, a probe should be conducted," he said.
