Scattered rainfall expected in Gujarat

Scattered rains could be seen over the next few days in parts of Gujarat and the regular monsoon may set in from June 20 onwards, informed a senior official from Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) - Ahmedabad. "Low pressure has weakened on the sea. We can see some scattered rainfall in the parts of the state over the next couple of days. The onset of normal monsoon across the state is expected by this week-end or by June 20," said Kamaljit Ray, director, IMD- Ahmedabad.
