Bob Paves Way For Single-Window Banking

Bank of Baroda (BoB) has paved the way for single-window banking across its 2,200 branches in the country. The management has signed a settlement pact with its union which enables the introduction of the new system.

BoB customers can now transact any business at a single counter as against the earlier system of having separate counters for different transactions.
