Forex reserves decline $1.86bn to $290.81bn

Foreign exchange reserves declined $1.864 billion to $290.808 billion for the week ended February 8, according to data released by the RBI today.

Foreign currency assets were down $1.858 billion to $281.183 billion.

Gold reserves and SDRs were steady at $9.199 billion and $9 million, respectively.

Reserve Position in the IMF was down $6 million to $417 million.
