OBC to issue 5cr shares

The board of directors of Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC), which met today, has approved a proposal to raise fresh capital by issuing five crore shares of Rs 10 each.

According to a release issued to the BSE today, the issue price will be determined through the book building process.
