Spot Re firms up to 43.72/$

The spot rupee, which moved up 43.65 per dollar in intra-day deals, closed on a firm note at 43.72 per dollar as against the last close of 43.83 per dollar.

The rupee firmed up today with the rally in the stock market and dollar weakness in overseas markets.
