President congratulates medal winners in Asian Games 2014

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee has congratulated medal winners in Asian Games 2014. These include Shri Saurabh Ghosal, Shri Mahesh Mangaonkar, Shri Harinder Pal Sandhu and Shri Kush Kumar for winning Gold medal in Squash (Mens Team); Ms. Dipika Pallikal, Ms. Joshna Chinappa, Ms. Anaka Alankamony and Ms. Aparajitha Balamurukan for winning Silver medal in Squash (Womens Team); Shri Abhishek Verma for winning Silver medal in Archery (Mens Compound Individual); Ms. Trisha Deb for winning Bronze medal in Archery (Womens Compound Individual); Ms. Khushbir Kaur for winning Silver medal in Athletics (Womens 20 km Race Walk); Shri Chain Singh for winning Bronze medal in Shooting (Mens 50 m Rifle 3 Positions); Ms. Vinesh Phogat for winning Bronze medal in Wrestling (Womens Freestyle 48 kg); Ms. Geetika Jakhar for winning Bronze medal in Wrestling (Womens Freestyle 63 kg); and Shri Yuki Bhambri for winning Bronze medal in Tennis (Mens Singles).
