President of India congratulates Nguyen PhuTrongon his re-election as General Secretary of communist party of Vietnam
The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee has congratulated H.E. Mr. Nguyen PhuTrongon his re-election as the General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. In his message to Mr. Nguyen PhuTrong, the President has said, Please accept my warm greetings and congratulations on your re-election as the General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Your vision and experience will surely consolidate Vietnams position in the world even further.
Our two countries, both dynamic economies, have a tradition of warm and cordial relations and cooperation for the benefit of our peoples. I recall your visit to India in November 2013 and the warmth with which I was received in Vietnam in September 2014.
