Spiritual manager

Can spirituality and management go hand in hand? Yes, according to Sri Sri Ravi Shankar who delivered a lecture on "Spirituality and Management". The event was organised by AIMA and BMA.

"Spirituality is to do with vibration. A person who carries good vibrations can be a good manager. Trust is the backbone of business. It is not money but love that drives people. Management can use ancient techniques of pranayama, music and games as part of its establishment."
