Finnish deal buoys TVS Electronics

TVS Electronics rose 19.95 per cent to Rs 50.20 as it announced about executing a business transfer agreement for the transfer of the contract maufacturing services business at Tumkur for a consideration of Rs 41.12 crore with a subsidiary of the Finland'd Incap Corporation.

Over the past month, the scrip has advanced 18.4 per cent and is at present trading just about 12.9 per cent discount to its 52-week high of Rs 56.7 reached on January 9, 2007.
