Hindalco, Ranbaxy Gain

The Instanex Skindia DR Index (ISDI) remained flat at 490.44 on May 26, 2003. Among the seven GDRs, four advanced and three lost ground.

The gainers were: Hindalco (up 5.16 per cent to $14.75), Ranbaxy (up 1.53 per cent to $15.25), Bajaj Auto (up 1.48 per cent to $10.30) and ITC (up 1.05 per cent to $14.88), while the losers were: Reliance (down 1.90 per cent to $11.36), L&T (down 0.56 per cent to $8.95) and State Bank of India (down 0.41 per cent to $17.18).
