The only gainer was ITC up 1.07 per cent to $2.83.The major Losers were Ranbaxy Labs down 11.28 per cent to $10.07, Hindalco down 6.46 per cent to $3.04 and Reliance down 2.20 per cent to $34.23.

In the previous day's close, Instanex Skindia DR Index was down 3.04 per cent to 1,399.23 and was trading at a P/E of 18.56.

Among the ISDI ADR stocks all 8 lost ground. The major losers were Dr. Reddy's down 6.20 per cent to $19.67,VSNL down 5.23 per cent to $14.50 and HDFC Bank down 4.76 per cent to $48.37.
