Jowar falls on reduced industrial offtake

In restricted activity, jowar prices fell by Rs 50 per quintal in the wholesale grains market today due to reduced industrial offtake.
Elsewhere, other prices moved in a tight range on alternate bouts of trading and settled around previous levels.
Traders said reduced industrial demand against increased arrivals mainly led to a fall in wholesale jowar prices.
