Nalco withdraws discounts

National Aluminium Company's (Nalco) customers will have to pay Rs 2,000 a tonne more for aluminium ingots, even after the company left its basic prices unchanged for April. The public sector aluminium producer has withdrawn discounts of Rs 3,000 a tonne offered to boost sales in addition to a Rs 1,000 a tonne price decline in mid-March.
