NSE, BSE reshuffle trade-to-trade list

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) have announced a reshuffling of its trade-to-trade segment.
The NSE has transferred a total of 15 scrips to this segment with effect from December 30, 2003 as a surveillance measure.
These scrips transferred to trade-to-trade segment include Agro Tech Foods, Creative Eye, Essar Oil, Genesys International, Hindustan Construction, iGate Global Solutions, ITC Hotels, Kesoram Industries, Maars Software, Monsanto India, Mukta Arts, Petron Engineering, Punjab Tractors, Shyam Telecom and Radaan Mediaworks.
The NSE has also moved 121 scrips out of the trade-to-trade segment with effect from 30 December 2003. These include some of those scrips that NSE had shifted to trade-to-trade segment along with BSE in September 2003.
In the trade-to-trade segment, each transaction has to result in delivery and no netting of positions on the same day is permitted.
The scrips now shifted back to their respective group include Aftek Infosys, SSI, GTL, Kopran and Global Trust Bank, which were transferred to trade-to-trade earlier, have now been shifted back to their respective groups.
But scrips like Himachal Futuristic Communications (HFCL), Lupin and Pentamedia Graphics, have been retained in the trade-to-trade segment.
