Sensex down 349pts; ICICI Bank sheds 3.4%

The NSE Nifty is down 95 points at 5,023.

Tata Motors has tumbled over 4% at Rs 660. Reliance Infrastructure has plunged 3.8% at Rs 1,326.

ICICI Bank has slipped 3.4% at Rs 881, while SBI has declined 3.2% to Rs 1,608.

Reliance Communications is trading at Rs 586 - down nearly 3%.

HDFC and Larsen & Toubro have slipped 2.5% each to Rs 2,619 and Rs 2,920, respectively.

HDFC Bank and Jaiprakash Associates have dropped 2.4% each to Rs 1,380 and Rs 246, respectively.

ITC, DLF and Mahindra & Mahindra are down 2% each to Rs 223, Rs 622 and Rs 654, respectively.
 
Ambuja Cements and Reliance have shed 1.8% each to Rs 105 and Rs 2,620, respectively.

 

Tata Steel, NTPC and BHEL are the other major losers.
