Sensex up 180pts; L&T, Tata Motors lead

The Sensex is now up 180 points at 19,709.

Tata Motors has rallied 2.8% to Rs 763, and Larsen & Toubro has surged 2.5% to Rs 4,334.

Reliance Communicaitons and Mahindra & Mahindra have rallied 2% each to Rs 727 and Rs 787, respectively.

ONGC has gained 1.8% at Rs 1,178. NTPC has moved up 1.5% to Rs 243.

ACC, Reliance, Reliance Energy, Maruti and Tata Steel are up over 1% each.
