Total market turnover on Dec 20 at Rs 2.24 lakh crore

NSE F&O turnover nearly Rs 1.7 lakh crore

The total market turnover on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange was Rs 2.24 lakh crore on Thursday.

On the Bombay Stock Exchange, turnover in the cash segment amounted to Rs 2,436 crore while the derivatives segment registered a turnover of Rs 40,601 crore.

On the National Stock Exchange, turnover in the cash segment was Rs 11,922 crore while the turnover in the derivatives segment was Rs 1,69,685 crore.
