Charlize Theron is all set to tie knot with beau Sean Penn after just dating for 18 months, it has been revealed.

The 'Mad Max' actress is planning to walk down the aisle on her 40th birthday i.e. August 7, the Daily Star reported.

An insider spilled the beans that the duo is going to slip away to South Africa and get married in August, probably on Theron's birthday.
