Delhi HC seeks SDMC report on parking fee charged in pvt hospitals, malls

The Delhi High Court has sought a report from South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) over the parking fee charged in many private hospitals and shopping malls of South Delhi.

The court on Monday issued a notice regarding the submission of the report within four weeks.

On Wednesday, the standing committee of SDMC directed all district commissioners to make a report of all such malls and hospitals that charge parking fee illegally, and seal them if they continue to flout rules.
