Instagram to allow one-hour long-form videos: Report

In what could threaten YouTube's popularity, rival Instagram is reportedly building a feature that will allow users to post videos which last up to an hour long.

The Facebook-owned photo and video sharing platform currently allows videos which are only 60 seconds long for the regular feed and 15 seconds for the Stories.

As WSJ reported, the long-form video will be vertical and is likely to be an extension of the Instagram Stories.
