Mary-Kate Olsen and her fiance Olivier Sarkozy have reportedly splurged 13.5 million dollars on a New York City townhouse.

The duo decided to get their new pad since it's located in the Manhattan neighborhood of Turtle Bay, the New York Post reported.

The five-bedroom house, which is previously owned by artist David Deutsch, is sprawled in 8,000 sq. ft. and includes a ballroom and an elevator.
