PPAC publishes global crude oil price of Indian Basket at USD 46.69 per barrel

The Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has computed and published the global crude oil price of the Indian Basket at USD 46.69 per barrel (bbl) on September 7, 2015.

This was lower than the price of USD 48.16 per bbl on previous publishing day of September 4, 2015.

In rupee terms, the price of the Indian Basket decreased to Rs.3116.09 per bbl on September 7, 2015 as compared to Rs.3197.82 per bbl on September 4, 2015.

Rupee closed weaker at Rs 66.74 per US dollar on September 7, 2015 as against Rs 66.40 per US dollar on September 4, 2015.
